基于UPI-GA的台区三相不平衡的治理方法

摘要 在低压配电网中,单相负荷在系统负荷中占据较大的比重,配电变压器的三相不平衡度的超标情况严重。为解决这个问题,本文提出运用泛在电力物联网(UPI),通过信息终端调节各个负荷的启动、停止时间及开关档位等状态,在保证用电需求的情况下,降低台区三相不平衡度;并运用遗传算法(GA)选取台区平均三相不平衡度为目标函数,优化调整每台智能电器的启动、终止时刻,以某X台区用电侧数据为案例进行仿真实验。仿真实验表明:该方法可以迅速寻找到目标调整时间,实现配电网精细化管理和经济性运行,通过电网侧和用户侧信息联通的方式解决三相不平衡的问题。 In a low-voltage distribution network,since the single-phase load occupies a large proportion of the system load,the three-phase unbalance of the distribution transformer seriously exceeds the standard.To solve this problem,ubiquitous power internet of things(UPI)technology is used to regulate the start-stop time and switch position of each load by the information terminal,in order to reduce the three-phase unbalance of the station area and ensure the power demand.A genetic algorithm(GA)is used to select the average three-phase unbalance of the station area as the objective function,and the start-up and end-up time of each smart appliance is optimized.The simulation experiment is carried out by taking the data of the power side of the X station as a case.The simulation results show that the method can quickly find the target adjustment time,achieve refined management and economic operation of the distribution network,and solve the three-phase unbalanced problem through information communication between the grid and the user.
