阈下抑郁静息态功能脑网络的拓扑属性及芳香疗法作用机制

Topological properties and aromatherapy mechanisms of resting-state functional brain networks in subthreshold depression

摘要 目的分析阈下抑郁(SD)患者静息态功能脑网络拓扑属性改变,探究芳香疗法作用于SD患者的机制。方法选取SD患者35例,相匹配的健康对照组35例,剔除脱落受试者后,SD组30例,健康对照组30例。2组均接受15~20 min芳香疗法干预。采集贝克抑郁自评量表(BDI)评分、小世界属性参数值、网络效率值、度中心性(DC)值。结果干预后2组BDI量表评分均较干预前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),SD组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组在0.05≤稀疏度≤0.40内,均表现为经济高效的小世界网络(σ>1)。2组干预前,SD组较健康对照组相比,Lp、λ值显著升高,σ值显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后SD组在左侧额下回区域DC值增加(P<0.001),在运动前皮层和补充运动区区域,DC值显著减少(P<0.001)。结论SD患者静息态脑功能网络小世界属性降低,芳香疗法可改善负性情绪,其机制可能与协调脑区间活动有关。 Objective To analyze the topological properties of functional brain network at the resting state in patients with subthreshold depression(SD),and explore the mechanism of aromatherapy in SD patients.Methods A total of 35 SD patients and 35 healthy controls were selected.After removing shedding subjects,30 SD patients and 30 healthy controls were selected.Both groups received aromatherapy intervention for 15 to 20 min.BDI scale score,small-world attribute parameter value,network efficiency value,degree centrality value were collected.Results After intervention,the score of BDI scale in both groups was lower than that before intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the decrease was more obvious in SD group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the range of 0.05≤sparsity≤0.40,the two groups are all economically efficient small-world networks(σ>1).Before intervention,Lp andλvalues in SD group were significantly higher than those in the control group,whileσvalues were significantly lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the DC value of SD group increased in the left inferior frontal gyrus region(P<0.001),and significantly decreased in the premotor cortex and supplementary motor area region(P<0.001).Conclusion In SD patients,the small world attribute of the resting-state brain functional network is reduced.Aromatherapy can improve negative emotions,and the mechanism may be related to the coordination of brain region activities.
