金融监管体制改革是2023年3月启动的新一轮党和国家机构改革的重点之一。文章概括了本次金融监管体制改革的主要内容,阐述了现代金融监管的基本内涵。在此基础上,文章梳理了金融监管体制改革的主要目标,归纳了金融监管体制改革的主要历程。最后,文章总结了金融监管体制改革的主要作用,并结合发达国家经验展望了金融监管体制改革的未来。从本质上看,机构改革调整的是组织形态与对应的组织职能,而归根到底,组织形态必须与社会环境相适应,也必须与社会形态相契合。

The reform of the financial regulatory system is one of the key focuses of the new round of Party and State institutional reforms launched in March 2023.The author summarizes the main content of the financial regulatory system reform and elaborates on the basic connotation of modern financial regulation.Based on this,the author outlines the main objectives of financial regulatory system reform and summarizes its main historical process.Finally,the author concludes the main role of financial regulatory system reform and,drawing on the experience of developed countries,looks ahead to the future of financial regulatory system reform.Essentially,institutional reform adjusts the organizational form and corresponding organizational functions,but fundamentally,the organizational form must be adapted to the social environment and be in line with social structure.
