应用型本科院校现代产业学院人才培养模式创新实践研究——以滁州学院为例

Research on Innovation of Talent Training Mode in Modern Industrial College of Application-Oriented Undergraduate Universities--Taking Chuzhou University an Example

现代产业学院建设已经成为新时代下进一步推进产教融合的重要着力点,也是推动应用型本科高校转型发展的重要举措。在此背景下,现代产业学院人才培养模式创新显得尤为重要。新的人才培养模式是实现校企深度融合、构建新型现代产业学院的关键因素。本文结合滁州学院建设经验,提出了以“思产科创教”多元互融为主要内容的“12345”现代产业学院人才培养模式,着力培养具有“家国情怀、工程素养、应用能力、创新素质、跨界能力、社会责任”的高素质应用型人才,以期为地方应用型高校卓越人才培养提供有益参考。

The construction of modern industrial colleges has become an important focus to further promote the production-education integration in the new era,and also an important measure to promote the transformation and development of application-oriented universities.In this context,the innovation of talent training mode of modern industrial college is particularly important,and the new talent training mode is the key factor to realize the deep integration of school and enterprise,hence,to build a new modern industrial college.Combining with the construction experience of Chuzhou University,this paper puts forward the"12345"talent training mode based on"production-science-ideology-education-innovation"of modern industrial colleges.The paper focuses on cultivating high-quality applied talents with"home and country feelings,engineering literacy,application ability,innovation quality,cross-border ability,and social responsibility",to provide a useful reference for outstanding talent training in local applied universities.
