摘要
为了解上海地区猪源沙门菌血清型分布及耐药性情况,本研究自上海地区养殖场内采集健康猪肛门拭子,分离纯化沙门菌,并采用肉汤稀释法对分离菌株进行16种抗菌药物敏感性试验。结果显示:2015年至2019年共采集样品4788份,分离出沙门菌106株,分离率为2.21%;共鉴定出11种血清型,其中单相变体鼠伤寒沙门菌和鼠伤寒沙门菌所占比例最高,分别为55.66%和19.81%;药敏数据表明,猪源沙门菌对磺胺异噁唑和四环素耐药率最高,分别为100%和77.01%,对β-内酰胺类和氟喹诺酮类药物敏感;共产生10种耐药谱,其中多重耐药菌株占78.16%(68/87)且主要集中在4~6耐。结果表明,上海地区猪源沙门菌血清型较为复杂,以单相变体鼠伤寒沙门菌为主,对部分药物耐药情况严重,多重耐药情况需引起警惕,猪场应进一步规范、合理使用在抗菌药物。
In order to investigate the serotypes and drug resistance ofSalmonellafrom pigs in Shanghai,4788 anal swabs were collected from 2015 to 2019 for bacterial isolation and identification.The susceptibility of the isolated strains to 16 common antibiotics was tested by micro-broth dilution method.A total of 106 Salmonella strains were obtained and identified with the isolation rate of 2.21%.Total 11 Salmonella serotypes were identified,of which the S.1,4,[5],12:i:-and S.typhimurium accounted for the highest proportions,55.66%and 19.81%,respectively.According to the result of resistance test,the highest resistance rates were 100%for sulfisoxazole and 77.01%foretracycline.On the contrary,these strains were susceptible toβ-lactams andfluoroquinolones.In addition,10 drug resistant spectrums were identified,of which 3 or more spectrums accounted for 78.16%(68/87),and multi-drug resistances were mainly concentrated in 4-6.The results showed that the serotypes of Salmonellafrom pigs in Shanghai area were more complicated,mainly S.1,4,[5],12:i:-,which had serious resistance to some drugs,and multi-drug resistance requireed vigilance.Pig farms should further standardize and rationally use antibacterial drugs.
