摘要
纳米抗体(Nb)是一种新型基因工程抗体,因其分子量小、稳定性强、亲和力高、能识别隐蔽表位、组织穿透力强、易于制备、成本低廉且便于进行改造与修饰,是疾病诊断、治疗和研究的理想分子。因此,纳米抗体受到了的各国学者的广泛关注,在癌症、脑部神经性疾病、毒素中毒性疾病、艾滋病以及其它感染性疾病和蛋白质功能、晶体结构解析等领域已有大量的相关研究报道。本文主要就Nb在动物疫病防控中的研究与应用进行了总结,探讨了其在动物疫病诊断、治疗和研究方面的发展潜力,并对未来发展方向做出了展望。
Nanobodies(Nbs)are novel kind of gene-engineered antibodies.Because of the small size,high stability,high affinity,hidden epitopes recognition ability,strong tissue penetration,easy to preparation,low cost,convenient for modification,Nb are ideal candidate molecules for disease diagnosis,treatment and research.Recently,Nb has attracted the attention of scholars from all over the world.And a large number of Nb related studies have been reported in thefields of cancer,neurological diseases of the brain,toxin diseases,AIDS and other infectious diseases,and protein function and crystal structure analysis.In this review,the research and application of Nbs in animal disease prevention and control were summarized.And Nb’s potential and prospect in animal disease diagnosis,treatment and research were also discussed.
