国有企业科技人才薪酬激励机制研究 被引量:3

摘要 文章探讨在国有企业情境下,如何构建科技人才激励机制,激发科技人才的创新活力和热情,提升国有企业科技创新能力,促进我国高水平科技自立自强。当前,国有企业积极探索科技人才薪酬激励机制建设,依然存在薪酬水平缺少市场竞争力、物质与精神激励相结合流于形式、绩效考核模式单一、缺少宽松的科研氛围和组织支持效果不明显等问题,导致科技人才创新工作投入不足、工作倦怠、离职率高等现象频发。针对这些问题,文章运用自我决定理论进行原因剖析,并对国有企业科技人才薪酬激励机制构建提出了系统的建议。
