摘要
通过分析40CrNiMoA钢调质基体硬度、回火索氏体数量、渗氮温度、氮势值,以及换气率对渗氮性能的影响,得出结论:硬化层深度(498HV1)随基体硬度提高而增加,随回火索氏体数量增加而增加,随渗氮温度降低而增加,随氮势值和换气率提高而增加。40CrNiMoA钢气体渗氮可以实现表面硬度达到600~635HV1,同时0.52mm深处达到498HV1的技术要求。
By analyzing the effects of matrix hardness,tempered martensite quantity,nitriding temperature,nitrogen potential value,and gas exchange rate on nitriding performance of 40CrNiMoA steel,the study shows that the depth of the hardened layer/498HV1 increases with the increase of matrix hardness,tempering martensite quantity,decreasing nitriding temperature,and increasing nitrogen potential value and gas exchange rate.Gas nitriding of 40CrNiMoA steel can achieve a surface hardness of 600HV1 to 635HV1,while meeting the technical requirements of 498HV1 at a depth of 0.52mm.
