摘要 风电螺栓一般规格大于M30,要求螺栓热处理后抗拉强度≥1040MPa,-40℃冲击吸收能量≥27J。由于材料存在韧脆转变温度,塔筒、叶片异形螺栓在此温度以下使用时存在断裂风险,因此提高螺栓用钢的低温冲击性能显得十分重要。对风电螺栓热处理工艺持续改进与发展,从原材料缺陷、钢中带状组织、回火温度对螺栓钢力学性能等的影响进行探讨,最后提出了螺栓用钢成分新设计及风电螺栓质量控制的措施。 The general specification of wind power bolts is greater than M30,the tensile strength of bolts after heat treatment is required to be≥1040MPa,and the impact absorption energy at-40℃is required to be≥27J.Due to the ductile-brittle transition temperature of the material,there is a risk of fracture when the tower and blade specialshaped bolts are used below this temperature,so it is very important to improve the low-temperature impact property of the steel for bolts.The continuous improvement and development of heat treatment process for wind power bolt were introduced,and the effects of raw material defects,banded structure in steel and tempering temperature on mechanical properties of bolt steel were discussed.Finally,the new design of steel composition for bolt and quality control measures for wind power bolt were put forward.
