污染源在线自动监控数据采集传输仪的设计

摘要 针对市场上数据采集传输仪价格昂贵、功能不完善、不能很好满足环保监测要求等问题,依据《污染源在线自动监控(监测)数据采集传输仪技术要求》(HJ 477-2009)、《污染物在线监控(监测)系统数据传输标准》(HJ 212-2017),设计一种数据采集传输仪,给出控制模块、通信模块、存储模块等硬件设计电路,以及相应的软件设计。实践证明,设计的数据采集传输仪数据精确性、可靠性均达要求,可为污染源的在线监控提供有效的技术支持。 To improve the performance and reduce the price of data acquisition and transmission instruments available in the market,a data acquisition and transmission instrument is designed,meeting the technical requirements of 《The Technical Requirement for Data Acquisition and Transmission Equipmont of Pollution Emission Auto Monitoring System》(HJ 477-2009) and 《Data Transmission Standard for On-Line Monitoring System of Pollutant》(HJ 212-2017),including the design of hardware circuits such as control module,communication module,storage module,and the design of the corresponding software.Practice has found that both accuracy and reliability of the designed instrument for data acquisition and thansmission meet the requirments,which can provide effective technical support for the online monitoring of pollution sources.
