预制墙体冬期灌浆施工关键技术探析

Key Technology of Grouting Construction of Prefabricated Wall in Winter

结合实际工程案例,针对预制墙体冬期灌浆施工的重难点,探究灌浆料制备、灌浆时间选择、灌浆套筒技术、温度监测与加热保温等关键工序的施工要点,并对施工成效进行检测分析。结果表明,施工中严格按规定制备灌浆料,合理选择灌浆时间,及时封堵处理灌浆接缝外檐,采取可调机械压力灌浆工艺,科学实施保温升温措施等,可将预制墙板构件安装尺寸实际偏差控制在允许偏差范围内,有效规避低温对灌浆施工造成的不良影响,确保施工质量。

Based on the actual project cases,the key construction points in the grouting of prefabricated walls in winter are discussed such as grouting material preparation,grouting time selection,grouting sleeve technology,temperature monitoring,heating and thermal insulation.The construction results are tested and analyzed.The results show that as long as the following requirements are met:the grouting material is prepared in strict accordance with the regulations;the grouting time is rationally selected,the outer eaves of the grouting joints are timely blocked and treated,the mechanical pressure grouting process is adjusted,and the measures for thermal insulation and heating are scientifically taken,the actual deviation of the installation size of the prefabricated wallboard components can be limited to the allowable range.Low temperature can be prevented from affecting the grouting construction,
