江西科技师范大学涂料与高分子系创办十周年发展经验述评

Ten-year Development Summary Experience of The Department of Coatings and Polymeric Materials of Jiangxi Science&Technology Normal University

为了满足国家经济社会发展对涂料人才的需求,江西科技师范大学坚持需求导向,突出特色发展,于2013年4月与中国涂料工业协会共建了我国首个涂料与高分子系。涂料与高分子系致力于培养掌握涂料尤其是水性涂料的设计、制备、涂装等方面的专业知识结构,注重涂料新产品、新技术、新工艺、新功能的理论与实践能力相结合,能够从事涂料产品研发、工艺设计、生产制造、涂装应用、质量控制以及经营管理等方面工作的应用型工程技术人才。本文对涂料与高分子系创办十年来坚持以学生为本、服务涂料行业,取得的成绩和积累的经验进行了述评,以期为将来涂料专业的建设和高素质涂料复合型人才的培养提供参考。

In order to meet the national economic and social development of the demand for coating talents,in April 2013,Jiangxi Science&Technology Normal University with the China Coating Industry Association builded the first department of coatings and polymeric materials in China,adhereing to the demand orientation and highlighting the characteristic development.Our department is committed to train advanced applied engineering and technical talents who can master the professional knowledge structure of coatings,especially the design,preparation and painting of waterborne coatings,and focus on the combination of theoretical and practical ability of new coating products,new technologies,new processes and new functions,as well as be able to engage in coating product research and development,process design,production application,quality control and management and other aspects of work.In this paper,the outstanding achievements and rich experience sticking to student oriention and industry service accumulated in the past ten years of our department have been comprehensively reviewed,in order to provide reference for the construction of coatings majors and the cultivation of high-quality inter-disciplinary talents in the future.
