液态聚硫橡胶杂化水性环氧树脂的制备及性能

摘要 本文用液态聚硫橡胶与环氧树脂E-51为原料制备聚硫橡胶改性环氧预聚物LPE,采用红外光谱表征了LPE的结构,并探讨了LPE制备过程中的主要影响因素。再将LPE与环氧树脂相混合,采用相反转法制备得到储存稳定的液态聚硫橡胶杂化水性环氧树脂。着重探讨了LPE添加量对乳液基本性能及其制备的双组份涂膜性能的影响。实验结果表明:加入一定量的LPE可有效提高涂膜的机械性能和耐腐蚀性,当LPE添加量为8%时,涂膜的柔韧性、抗冲击性、附着力和耐化学品性明显提高。 In this paper,block prepolymer LPE was prepared from liquid polysulfide rubber and epoxy resin E-51,and liquid polysulfide rubber hybrid waterborne epoxy resin was prepared by phase inversion method.The effect of the amount of prepolymer LPE on the properties of emulsion and film was discussed.The addition of LPE can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the paint film.When the addition amount is 8%,the flexibility,impact resistance and adhesion of the paint film are significantly improved.
