高耐水煮性塑料涂料用丙烯酸酯乳胶的制备与性能

摘要 本文采用半连续种子乳液聚合法,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主要单体,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)和己二酸二酰肼(ADH)为交联体系,研究了乳化剂、引发剂用量,羧基单体的种类及用量和交联单体的用量对乳胶合成及涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:当十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)用量为2.0 wt.%,过硫酸铵(APS)用量为0.6 wt.%,MAA用量为3.0 wt.%,DAAM用量为3.0 wt.%时,所制备的丙烯酸酯乳胶在水性塑料涂料上展现出良好的硬度、附着力、耐醇擦性,且具有突出的耐水煮性。 In this paper,acrylate latex was synthesized by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization,using methyl methacrylate(MMA),styrene(St)and butyl acrylate(BA)as main monomers,methacrylate(MAA)as functional monomer,diacetone acrylamide(DAAM)and dihydrazide adipate(ADH)as crosslinked monomers.The effects of the amount of emulsifier and initiator,the type and amount of carboxyl monomer and the amount of crosslinked monomer on the latex synthesis and film properties were systematically studied.The results showed that when the dosages of sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS)was 2.0 wt.%,ammonium persulfate(APS)was 0.6 wt.%,MAA was 3.0 wt.%,DAAM was 3.0 wt.%,the prepared acrylate latex showed good hardness,adhesion and alcohol rub resistance on waterborne plastic coatings,and had outstanding boiling resistance.
