摘要
本文采用网络药理学和分子对接方法探讨了补中益气丸治疗白细胞减少症的作用机制。筛选获得补中益气丸221个活性成分,白细胞减少症2465个潜在靶点。GO和KEGG富集分析结果显示补中益气丸可能通过PI3K/AKT及炎症免疫相关通路改善白细胞减少症。分子对接验证表明补中益气丸关键活性成分与关键靶点蛋白具有较好结合性能。本文初步揭示了补中益气丸通过多成分-多靶点交互-多通路发挥抗白细胞减少症作用,为探究其作用机制提供了理论依据。
This article used network pharmacology and molecular docking methods to discuss the mechanism of action of the Buzhong Yiqi pill for the therapy of leukopenia.Two hundred and twenty-one active components for Buzhong Yiqi pill and 2465 potential targets for leukopenia were selected.GO and KEGG rich analysis indicated that Buzhong Yiqi pill may modify leukopenia through PI3K/AKT and inflammatory antibody related pathways.The verification of molecular docking indicated that the key active components of Buzhong Yiqi pill had good binding capability with the key target proteins.This study provides an evidence that the treatment of leukopenia by[]Buzhong Yiqi pill depends on multi-component,multi-target interaction and multiple pathways.It offers a theoretical support for exploring the mechanism of action in treating leukopenia.
