脑卒中偏瘫康复治疗中强制性运动疗法对患者预后的影响

The impact of mandatory exercise therapy on the prognosis of stroke patients with hemiplegia in rehabilitation treatment

目的:研究脑卒中偏瘫康复治疗中强制性运动疗法对患者预后的影响。方法:选取佛山市第五人民医院康复科于2021年1月至2023年1月收治的80例脑卒中偏瘫患者为观察对象,参考随机数字表法分为常规组(40例)与强制性运动疗法组(40例),两组患者卒中类型、偏瘫部位等一般资料无明显差异,常规组行常规康复治疗,强制性运动疗法组基于常规康复治疗行强制性运动疗法;比较两组患者治疗前与治疗4周后功能独立性评分、改良巴氏指数评分、脑卒中专用生活质量量表(stroke specific quality of life scale,SS-QOL)评分。结果:治疗前,两组患者功能独立性评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,强制性运动疗法组功能独立性评分(70.92±6.95)分高于常规组(62.58±5.79)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,改良巴氏指数评分、SS-QOL评分差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗4周后,强制性运动疗法组改良巴氏指数评分、SS-QOL评分明显高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:强制性运动疗法可进一步促使脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能快速恢复,还可有效提升其日常生活能力及生活质量。

Objective:To study the impact of mandatory exercise therapy on the prognosis of stroke patients with hemiplegia in rehabilitation treatment.Method:80 stroke hemiplegic patients admitted to the rehabilitation department of Foshan Fifth People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as observation subjects.They were divided into a reference group(40 cases)and a mandatory exercise therapy group(40 cases)by random number table method.The reference group received routine rehabilitation treatment,while the mandatory exercise therapy group received mandatory exercise therapy based on routine rehabilitation treatment.Before and after treatment,the functional independence score,modified barthel index score,and stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)score between the two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in functional independence scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the functional independence score of the mandatory exercise therapy group(70.92±6.95)was higher than that of the reference group(62.58±5.79),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the modified barthel index score and SS-QOL score(all P>0.05).After treatment,the modified barthel index score and SS-QOL score in the mandatory exercise therapy group were significantly higher than those in the reference group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Mandatory exercise therapy can further promote the rapid recovery of motor function in stroke patients with hemiplegia,and can effectively improve patients’daily living ability and quality of life.
