Analysis on the Quality and Efficiency of the Purchasing Service Manual of Instruments and Equipment to Promote the Purchasing Work in Colleges and Universities

分析某高校附属医学院仪器设备采购服务对象对仪器设备购置服务手册促进高校采购工作质效认可度及其影响因素,探讨进一步促进仪器设备采购工作的机制。采用问卷对医学院仪器设备采购服务对象开展全面调查,发现通过编制服务手册确实可以促进医学院整体采购工作质效;通过分析不同类别人员对服务手册促进采购工作质效的认知差异以及调查服务对象对服务手册的细化建议,可以进一步明确仪器设备采购管理服务的改进方向,规范采购流程的同时提高服务质量,提升采购工作质效。

This paper analyzes the quality and efficiency recognition and influencing factors of the procurement service objects of a school of stomatology affiliated to a university to promote the quality and efficiency of university procurement work,and explores the mechanism for further promoting the procurement of equipment.A comprehensive survey was conducted on the purchasing service objects of the sample school by using the questionnaires.The overall quality and efficiency of procurement work of the school can be improved by composing the instrument and equipment purchase service manual.By analyzing the differences in the recognition of the different characteristic of personnel on the quality and efficiency,as well as the investigation of detailed suggestions of service objects to the service manual,it is possible to further clarify the direction of improving the equipment procurement management service,standardize the procurement process,and achieve the purpose of promoting the quality and efficiency of procurement work.
