数字化时代高校数据治理落地的困局、对策与实践——以华南农业大学为例

摘要 在数字化发展的浪潮下,推进教育治理体系和治理能力现代化已成为高等教育高质量发展的重要手段。高校数据治理分为三个阶段,每个阶段分别代表了不同的落地程度。针对高校数据治理落地过程中存在忽略数据治理过程、忽略业务变革先导作用、只新建不治理、缺乏落地保障机制等问题,结合华南农业大学数据治理实施情况,提出破除困局的对策,为高校数据治理有效实施和落地提供一个可借鉴和可推广的模式,有助于构建一个基于数据驱动的教育治理现代化的新型教育生态。 In the wave of digital development,promoting the modernization of education governance system and governance capacity has become an important means to develop high-quality education.College data governance is divided into three stages,representing different degrees of implementation.In view of the problems existing college data governance,such as the neglect of the governance process,the neglect of business leading role,the only new construction without governance,and the lack of a landing guarantee mechanism,the countermeasures to break the dilemma are put forward.In combination with the implementation of data governance in South China Agricultural University,we provide a mode that can be used for reference and promoted for the effective implementation and landing of data governance in colleges.It is helpful to build a new education ecosystem based on data drive and education governance.
