“五化互促式”多元混合教学模式研究

摘要 为激发学员的学习潜能,提升教学质量和在线开放课程的开发效益,提高学员的岗位专业技能,遵循“以学员为本”的理念,构建“五化互促式”多元混合教学模式,从教学环境、教学目标、课程资源、育人理念和教学评价五方面进行教学模式设计。通过在“转型精兵创新实验班”的机械识图课程教学中进行实践,提高了在线开放资源的利用效率,全面提升了教学效果。 Inorder to stimulate the students'learning potential,promote the quality of teaching,the development efficiency of online open courses and the students'professional skills,we constructed the"five factors and mutual promotion"multiple blended teaching mode,following the"student-based"concept,which including the teaching environment,teaching objectives,curriculum resources,education concept and teaching evaluation.By the practical of mechanical drawing course facing"the performing innovation experimental class",we can improve the utilization and coordination of online open resources,what's more the teaching effect is comprehensively improved.
