浅谈高压酸浸钛材焊接技术

摘要 高压酸浸工序耐高温硫酸介质腐蚀是难题。描述了高压酸浸钛材失效形式与机理,详细阐述了钛材氩弧焊接工艺,过程质量控制以及在不同工件条件下,焊接技术要点,特别钛材维护性修复时,技术难度和注意事项。结果表明,高压酸浸钛材主要失效形式是腐蚀和磨损造成泄露,合理氩弧焊接工艺和过程质量控制是关键,焊接坡口形式,特别是维护性修复时,氩弧焊接前,必须去除所有缺陷漏出金属光泽,并加强焊后焊缝质量检测。 The corrosion resistance of high⁃temperature sulfuric acid media in the high⁃pressure acid leaching process is a problem.The failure form and mechanism of high⁃pressure acid⁃impregnated titanium materials are described,and the titanium argon arc welding process,process quality control and welding technology points under different workpiece conditions,especially the technical difficulties and precautions for titanium maintenance repair.The results show that the main failure form of high⁃pressure acid⁃impregnated titanium material is leakage caused by corrosion and wear,reasonable argon arc welding process and process quality control is the key,welding groove form,especially maintenance repair,before argon arc welding,all defects leakage metal luster,and strengthen the quality inspection of welds after welding.
