摘要
高炉制粉系统采用模糊控制方法可以实现全自动PLC控制。通过总结现场操作经验,设计了两组模糊控制器,分别交错控制制粉系统中的磨煤机出口温度和磨煤机进口吸力两个代表性参数,再结合干燥炉燃烧煤气和主排风机风量的辅助调节,满足制粉过程系统全自动调节。该模糊控制方法现场实施后制粉系统调节响应快,超调小,实现了全自动控制,降低劳动强度及提高系统稳定。
The blast⁃furnace pulverizing system can realize automatic PLC control by fuzzy control method.Two sets of fuzzy controllers were designed by summarizing the experience of field operation,which interleaved the two representative parameters of pulverizing machine outlet temperature and pulverizing machine inlet suction respectively.Combined with the auxiliary adjustment of combustion gas in drying furnace and air volume of main exhaust fan,the automatic adjustment of pulverizing process system was satisfied.After the fuzzy control method is implemented in the field,the adjusting response of pulverizing system is fast,the overshoot is small,the automatic control is realized,the labor intensity is reduced and the system stability is improved.
