鱼雷罐电气插头自动插拔作业

摘要 基于铁水运输中自动定位系统的鱼雷罐电气插头自动插拔作业,采用点云感知定位算法,对插座进行定位,引导机械臂完成插头连接与卸载作业,可使其在倒罐站实现鱼雷罐车插拔电无人化控制系统,使其具备电气插头自动插拔功能,从而可以改善工作人员作业环境并提高工作效率,进而优化岗位配置,减轻岗位劳动强度,同时对于推进钢铁生产产线自动化、智能化以及安全生产工作具有重大意义。 This paper studies the automatic plug insertion and removal of torpedo tank electrical plug based on automatic positioning system in hot metal transportation.The technology of information,digitization and intelligence is the inevitable and development direction of the application of green intelligent manufacturing in the steel industry in the steel production process.Based on this development direction,the socket is positioned based on the point cloud sensing and positioning algorithm,and the robot arm is guided to complete plug connection and unloading operations.The unmanned control system for plug and unplug of torpedo tank car can be realized at the tank dumping station,so that it has the function of automatic plug and unplug,which can improve the working environment of staff and improve work efficiency,so as to optimize post allocation.Reducing the labor intensity of the post is of great significance for promoting the automation,intelligence and safety of the steel production line.
