以人为本、以媒为桥,探寻基础医学叙事路径——新媒体基础医学科普创作的实践与思考

Exploring Human-Centric and Media-Bridged Narrative Pathways in Basic Medical Science:Practices and Reflections on Science Popularization Through New Media

新媒体医学科普创作正蓬勃发展,但相比于临床医学,基础医学科普创作较稀缺,这与基础医学在医学学科体系中的重要地位和科普潜力不相称,也在一定程度上影响了新媒体医学科普创作的长远发展。本文陈述新媒体基础医学科普创作的现状,比较当前基础医学与临床医学新媒体科普创作的差异,总结出新媒体基础与临床医学科普创作存在的共性和个性问题。作者结合自身和他人的创作经验,基于“以媒为桥,优化科普创作的叙事路径;以人为本,塑造青年受众与创作者的双重角色”两个理念,从叙事路径中探索新媒体时代基础医学科普创作的发展策略。最后,探讨新媒体基础医学科普发展的制约因素,提出激活新媒体基础医学科普创作原动力的有益建议。

The field of new media-based medical science popularization,especially in basic medicine,is rapidly developing.However,compared to clinical medicine,the creation of science popularization content in basic medicine is relatively scarce.This disparity does not align with the significant role and potential of basic medical science within the broader medical discipline,and it somewhat hinders the long-term development of new media medical science popularization.This paper discusses the current state of new media-based science popularization in basic medical science,comparing it with that in clinical medicine.It identifies common and unique challenges in both fields.Drawing on personal and others'experiences,the author explores development strategies for new media science popularization in basic medicine.This exploration is guided by two principles:using media as a bridge to optimize narrative pathways in science popularization and adopting a human-centric approach to shape the dual roles of young audiences and creators.Finally,the paper discusses the limiting factors in the development of new media-based science popularization in basic medicine and offers constructive suggestions to energize the creation of such content.
