标准化学历教育中的在线教育实践研究——学生学习特性对教学效果的影响

摘要 学历教育是标准化行业高质量发展不可或缺的支撑因素。基于当前标准化学历教育面临的瓶颈以及在线教育在学历教育中的应用越来越多,通过在线教育开展标准化学历教育能够成为问题解决的一个方案。本文解读了在线教育可能在当前标准化学历教育过程中发挥的作用,以及分析了在线教育本身面临的问题和其方便开展教学分析的优势,通过采集广东开放大学4个学期两门课程的750条教学过程数据,分析了其中与学生学习特性相关的11个指标对教学结果的影响。本研究将学生分为两种类型,针对两种类型学生可能有不同的学习行为和结果,认为教师应以将第2类学生的教学结果逐渐移向第1类学生以及提高高质量完成教学活动的比例为目标,对教学设计进行优化。 Academic education can have a great influence to the high quality development of standardization industry.Given the bottleneck of current academic education of standardization and the increasing application of online education in academic education,the online education of academic education of standardization can be a solution to the problems.This paper interprets the possible role of online education in the academic education of standardization,and analyzes the problems faced by online education and its advantages of facilitating teaching.By collecting 750 sets of data in teaching processes from 2 courses in 4 semesters,the paper analyzes 11 indicators of related to students’learning characteristics.This paper divides the students into two groups according to the results.Considering the different learning behaviors and outcomes of the two types of students,it is suggested that teachers should optimize the teaching design,with the goal of gradually improving the teaching results of type 2 students compared with type 1 students,and increasing the proportion of high-quality teaching activities.
