链条标准作为企业标准的重要分支,适用于在产业链比较齐全的集团公司内部,属于强制性标准。本文介绍了链条标准的定义、三大特点,从标准制定的范围、程序、对象三方面分析了链条标准与团体标准、企业标准的区别,列举了链条标准的实践案例,给出了标准制定与实施方法。输配电企业可结合自身特点,编制和实施链条标准,满足产品升级需要。

As an important branch of enterprise standards,chain standards are mandatory standards that are applicable to group companies with relatively complete industrial chains.This paper introduces the defi nition and three characteristics of chain standards,analyzes the differences between chain standards,association standards and enterprise standards from three aspects of the scope,procedure and object of standards development,lists the practice cases of chain standards,and puts forward the method of standards development and implementation.Power transmission and distribution enterprises can develop and implement chain standards according to the characteristics of themselves to meet the needs of product upgrading.
