思路框架与实践路径:面向数字人文的不动产历史档案开发利用研究

Thinking,Frame and Path:Development and Utilization of Real Estate Historical Archives Oriented to Digital Humanity

不动产历史档案是城市记忆、数字人文实践项目的重要资源底座,其内容对延续城市文脉、重构历史记忆具有重要价值。然而目前不动产历史档案资源保存情况不佳,开发利用存在内容挖掘不足、传播范围狭窄等缺点。在调研分析目前数字人文项目的主要特点和多重向度的基础上,文章提出新时代不动产历史档案开发利用可借鉴数字人文项目在项目主体、项目定位、实践对象、实践过程、实践成果五个向度上的经验做法,围绕目标层、主体层、资源层、技术层、成果应用层形成整体思路框架,在实践维度上应立足用户,深挖开发利用场景;协同共享,推进数字资源建设;重视规范,提升应用质量;完善保障,推动可持续发展。

Real estate historical archives are an important resource base for urban memory and digital humanistic practice projects,and their contents are of great value for the continuation of urban context and reconstruction of historical memory.However,the preservation of real estate historical archive resources is not good at present,and there are shortcomings such as insufficient depth and narrow dissemination range.Based on the investigation and analysis of the main characteristics and multiple dimensions of current digital humanities projects,this paper proposes that the development and utilization of real estate historical archives in the new era can learn from the experience of digital humanities projects in five dimensions:project subject,project positioning,practice object,practice process and practice results.This paper provides an overall work framework around the target layer,the main layer,the resource layer,the technology layer and the achievement application layer.From a practical perspective,the article proposes to focus on users,explore development and utilization scenarios,collaborate and share,promote digital resource construction,attach importance to standardization,improve application quality,improve guarantees,and promote sustainable development.
