蔓三七根多糖的理化性质

Physicochemical Characterization of Polysaccharides from the Root of Gynura procumbens

以蔓三七根为实验材料,采用水提醇沉法获得蔓三七根粗多糖,经Sevage试剂纯化后得蔓三七根多糖,然后测定多糖、糖醛酸、硫酸根以及蛋白质的含量和单糖组成。结果表明,蔓三七根多糖主要由鼠李糖(6-脱氧-L-甘露糖,L-rhamnose)、木糖(xylose)、阿拉伯糖[L(+)-树胶醛糖,L-arabinose]、甘露糖(mannose)、半乳糖(galactose)、葡萄糖(glucose)6种单糖组成。

In this study,the water extraction method is used to extract crude polysaccharides from the root of Gynura procumbens.After purification by Sevage reagent,polysaccharides are obtained and the basic components(including crude polysaccharide content,glucuronic acid content,sulfate content,protein content and monosaccharide composition)are determined.The results show that the polysaccharides are mainly composed of L-rhamnose,xylose,L-arabinose,mannose,galactose and glucos.
