表面活性剂辅助酶法提取茶树菇多糖工艺研究

摘要 本文采用生物表面活性剂辅助酶法提取茶树菇多糖,通过单因素实验和正交实验考察各因素对茶树菇多糖提取率的影响。结果表明,吐温80具有较好的促提取效果,最佳提取条件为吐温80添加量0.15%、料液比1∶20(g∶mL)、酶解时间3 h、纤维素酶添加量0.4 g、酶解温度45℃。在此条件下,茶树菇多糖提取率约为15.82%,较单一使用纤维素酶法提高了7.41个百分点。该方法在一定程度上提高了茶树菇多糖提取率,为多糖提取工艺的研究提供一定参考。 In this experiment,biosurfactant-assisted enzymatic method is used to extract the polysaccharide from Agrocybe aegerita.The effects of various factors on the extraction rate of Agrocybe aegerita polysaccharide are explored through single-factor test and orthogonal test.The results show that Tween 80 has a better extraction-promoting effect and the optimal process conditions are as follows:the addition amount of Twain 80 is 0.15%,the ratio of solid to liquid is 1 to 20(g∶mL),the enzymatic hydrolysis time is 3 h,the addition amount of cellulase is 0.4 g,and the enzymatic hydrolysis temperature is 45℃.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of polysaccharide is about 15.82%,which is increased by 7.41 percentage points compared with the single enzymatic method.The extraction rate of polysaccharides from Agrocybe aegerita is improved to a certain extent,which provided a reference for the research status of polysaccharide extraction technology.
