补骨脂酚的提取和应用

Extraction and Application of Bakuchiol

补骨脂酚(bakuchiol)是一种提取自补骨脂的异戊二烯酚萜类化合物,主要通过有机溶剂萃取法制备。超声辅助提取、超临界二氧化碳提取等方法也同样适用。补骨脂酚具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、改善骨质疏松等多种生物医用活性。补骨脂酚具有类似视黄醇的抗皮肤老化能力,且可以用于改善痤疮和皮肤屏障修护等,应用前景广阔。本文对补骨脂酚的提取和应用研究进展进行了综述。

Bakuchiol is a kind of isoprenoids which is mainly extracted from Psoralea corylifolia Linn.,which is mainly prepared by organic solvent extraction.Ultrasonic-assisted extraction and supercritical carbon dioxide extraction are also suitable.Bakuchiol has many biomedical activities,such as anti-tumor,anti-inflammation,treatment of osteoporosis and so on.Bakuchiol also has anti-aging ability similar to retinol and can be used to treat acne and repair skin barrier,the application prospect is broad.In this paper,the research progress of the extraction and application of bakuchiol is reviewed.
