蒲公英不同干燥条件下总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性研究

摘要 为探讨不同干燥条件下蒲公英总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性,为蒲公英综合开发利用提供参考,本文以总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性为指标,研究不同干燥条件(真空干燥、热风干燥、阴干、晒干)对蒲公英黄酮类化合物的影响。结果表明:不同干燥条件下蒲公英总黄酮类物质含量差异显著(P<0.05);自由基清除能力与总黄酮含量成正相关;阴干条件下蒲公英总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性优于其他处理条件,其次为晒干及40℃真空干燥处理;95℃热风干燥处理下总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性最低。得出以下结论:在生产实际中应重视蒲公英干燥方式,采摘后以阴干或晒干的方式加工蒲公英;超声提取总黄酮类化合物时优先考虑超声温度的影响。 In order to explore the total flavonoid content and antioxidant activity of dandelion under different drying conditions,and provide references for the comprehensive development and utilization of dandelion,this paper studied the effects of different drying conditions(vacuum drying,hot air drying,shade drying and sun drying)on the dandelion flavonoids compounds by taking the total flavonoids content and antioxidant activity as the investigation indexes.The results showed that the content of total flavonoids in dandelion was significantly different under different drying conditions(P<0.05);free radical scavenging ability was positively correlated with total flavonoids content;the content of total flavonoids and antioxidant activity of dandelion under shade drying condition were better than those under other treatment conditions,followed by sun drying and 40℃vacuum drying treatment;the total flavonoid content and antioxidant activity were the lowest under 95℃hot air drying treatment.It's concluded that the drying method of dandelion should be paid attention to in the actual production,the harvested dandelions could be processed by shade drying or sun drying;when the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids compounds was conducted,the influence of ultrasound temperature should be given priority consideration.
