大粒香基因组重测序分析

摘要 大粒香是贵州省农业科学院水稻研究所从籼稻和粳稻杂交后代选育出来的优质常规稻,是优异的亲本资源。本文选择粳稻日本晴(Nip)基因组和籼稻R498基因组作为参考基因组,对大粒香基因组进行重测序分析。结果表明,大粒香基因组与籼稻R498基因组的SNP差异位点数为1840811个,基因组插入缺失位点数为395399个;大粒香基因组与粳稻日本晴(Nip)基因组的SNP差异位点数为586123个,基因组插入缺失位点数为129578个。可见,大粒香与粳稻日本晴(Nip)的SNP差异位点数和基因组插入缺失位点数都比籼稻R498少,表明大粒香与粳稻的遗传关系较大粒香与籼稻的遗传关系近。 Dalixiang is a high-quality conventional rice bred by Rice Research Institute,Guizhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences,which is the hybrid offspring of indica and japonica rice,and is an excellent parental resource.This paper selected the japonica rice Nipponbare(Nip)genome and the indica rice R498 genome as reference genomes for resequencing analysis of the Dalixiang genome.The results showed that the number of SNP differences between the Dalixiang genome and the indica rice R498 genome was 1840811,and the number of genome InDel was 395399;the number of SNP difference between the Dalixiang genome and the japonica rice Nipponbare(Nip)genome was 586123,and the number of genome InDel was 129578.It could be seen that the number of SNP differences and genome InDel between Dalixiang and japonica rice Nipponbare(Nip)were lower than those between Dalixiang and indica rice R498,indicating that the genetic relationship between Dalixiang and japonica rice was closer than that between Dalixiang and indica rice.
