摘要
为积极贯彻落实教育部党组“教育强国大调研”专项工作,调研组在文献梳理与政策分析基础上,设计“数字教育标准调研提纲”,聚焦职业教育领域,深入了解地方教育行政部门和学校在标准观念、标准体系、标准机制、标准质量、标准实施以及教育标准的国际影响力等方面的做法和经验。调研发现,各方主体关于数字教育标准对建设教育强国的重要意义达成基本共识,但仍存在数字平台兼容性不足、数字化建设模式多样、数据离散化碎片化、实施机制尚不完善、管理机制尚未健全、国际合作与交流不够深化等现实困境。相关部门亟需完善职业教育数字化标准体系框架,为教育公共服务支撑体系建设奠定基础,以提升职业教育对强国建设的支撑力和贡献力。
In order to actively implement the special work of the Party Group of the Ministry of Education,the research team designed the digital education standards research outline on the basis of literature review and policy analysis.It focuses on the field of vocational education,and gains an in-depth understanding of the practices and experiences of local education administrative departments and schools in terms of standard concepts,systems,mechanisms,quality,implementation,and the international influence of education standards.The survey finds that all parties reached a basic consensus on the importance of digital education standards to building a powerful country in education.However,there are still practical difficulties such as insufficient compatibility of digital platforms,diverse digital construction models,discretization and fragmentation of data,imperfect implementation mechanism,imperfect management mechanism,and insufficient deepening of international cooperation and exchanges.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the framework of the digital standard system of vocational education,lay a standard foundation for the construction of the education public service support system,and enhance the support and contribution of vocational education to the construction of a strong country.
