摘要
螺栓作为工业现场最为常用的连接件,普遍应用于桥梁领域,其失效断裂是导致结构完整性破坏的重要原因。本文对在役桥梁钢塔高强螺栓进行了应力分析,确定了主要高应力水平位置,通过仿真模拟技术,选择了相应的相控阵超声检测系统,使用试块进行了灵敏度和覆盖确认,结合现场检测环境特点,开发了专用扫查装置,并在实验室和现场进行了测试和验证。
As the most commonly used connector in the industrial field,the bolt is widely used in the bridge field,and its failure and fracture is an important reason for the destruction of structural integrity.This paper analyzes the stress of the tower high strength bolt in the suspension bridge,and determines the main position of high stress level.Through the simulation technology,the corresponding phased array ultrasonic testing system is selected,and the sensitivity and coverage are confirmed with the test block.Combined with the characteristics of the field detection environment,the special scanning device was developed,and tested and verified in the laboratory and field.
