蒲公英红枣汁对乳腺增生模型大鼠的保护作用及其机制研究

摘要 为研究蒲公英红枣汁对乳腺增生症的保护作用及可能的作用机制,本实验采用乳腺增生模型雌性大鼠进行相应的研究。结果表明,与模型组比较,蒲公英红枣汁低剂量组大鼠乳头的高度和直径明显下降、血清泌乳素(PRL)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平显著降低;此外,蒲公英红枣汁各组大鼠乳腺组织中的腺泡数量和导管直径减少,血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性明显提高,提示蒲公英红枣汁具有一定的预防和治疗乳腺增生的作用,动物实验研究和网络药理学进行的GO和KEGG通路分析均显示其作用机制可能与调节PRL和VEGF水平以及降低脂质过氧化、提高清除自由基能力有关。 To investigate the protective effect and possible mechanisms of dandelion jujube juice on hyperplasia of mammary glands,female rat model for mammary gland hyperplasia was used.The results showed that,compared with the model group,the height and diameter of rat nipples and levels of serum prolactin(PRL)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the group with low dose dandelion jujube juice was significantly decreased.The number of acini and the diameter of ducts in the mammary gland tissue and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in serum was significantly decreased,while superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity was significantly increased in all low,medium and high dose dandelion jujube juice groups.This result showed that dandelion jujube juice might play a role in the prevention and treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia.Animal experimental research and network pharmacology analysis of GO and KEGG pathways showed that dandelion jujube juice mechanism of action might be related to regulating the levels of PRL and VEGF,as well as reducing lipid peroxidation,improving the ability to scavenge free radicals.
