新形势下我国煤炭行业发展趋势研判与应对路径

Research and judgment on the development trend of China’s coal industry under the new situation

煤炭资源是我国一次能源中最为可靠和经济的,也是国家能源安全和稳定供给的重要保障。碳中和目标下,我国煤炭行业发展方式加速变革,提出了我国当前煤炭产业及未来面对的常规技术装备产能优化期、智能化需求集中爆发期、前沿领域探索期、煤炭科技力量凝聚期4个时期。针对未来不同时期的发展要求,提出了我国煤炭行业高质量发展的应对路径,包括构建智能绿色矿山系统、加快前沿领域原始创新、制定智能绿色矿山标准、加大生产服务新型模式探索、搭建智能绿色矿山公共平台。

Coal resource is the most reliable and economical primary energy in China,and also an important guarantee for national energy security and stable supply.Under the goal of carbon neutrality,the period of capacity optimization of conventional technical equipment,the period of concentrated outbreak of intelligent demand,the period of exploration of frontier fields and the period of cohesion of coal science and technology in China’s current coal industry and the future was proposed.According to the development requirements of different periods in the future,the path of high-quality development of China’s coal industry was put forward,including building an intelligent green mine system,accelerating the original innovation in the leading field,formulating intelligent green mine standards,expanding the exploration of new models of production services,and building a public platform for intelligent green mines.
