TA+Q345R正火复合管板钻孔加工方法的研究

摘要 钛-Q345R钢复合管板继承了钛金属的耐腐蚀性、低密度以及钢材的高强度和可焊性,多用于特种场合。钛-Q345R钢复合管板两种金属加工性能差异较大,在对板材进行钻孔时难以施工,且效率很低。本文通过实证研究,针对钛-钢复合管板,开展孔钻试验改善常规加工工艺,并寻求更先进的加工技术,提高钛-Q345R钢复合管板的加工效率和良品率。本文测试了在不同加工工艺下钛-Q345R钢复合管板的钻孔情况,最终确定了揭盖+钻通孔+镗孔的TA+Q345R正火复合管板钻孔加工工序,并成功大量应用。 The titanium-Q345R steel composite pipe plate inherits the corrosion resistance and low den⁃sity of titanium metal as well as the high strength and weldability of steel and is mostly used in special occa⁃sions.The processing performance of the two metals of titanium-Q345R steel composite pipe plate is quite different,and it is difficult to process when drilling the plate,and the efficiency is very low.Through empiri⁃cal research,this paper carries out the hole drilling test to improve the conventional processing technology for titanium-Q345R steel composite pipe plate and seeks more advanced processing technology to improve the processing efficiency and yield of titanium-Q345R steel composite pipe plate.This paper tested the drill⁃ing situation of titanium-Q345R steel composite pipe plate under different processing techniques,and finally determined the drilling process of titanium-Q345R normalized composite pipe plate with uncovering,drilling through holes,and boring holes,which has been successfully applied in large quantities.
