新时代乡村振兴战略背景下农业农村现代化发展路径研究

On the Development Path of Agricultural and Rural Modernization under the Background of Rural Revitaliza⁃tion Strategy in the New Era

党的二十大报告明确提出了全面推进乡村振兴战略,这是党中央为了实现全面建设社会主义现代化强国的宏伟目标而作出的重大决策部署,也是“三农”工作的重要指针,具有重要的现实意义和历史意义。全面建设社会主义现代化国家,最艰巨最繁重的任务在农村,现阶段农村发展存在诸多困难。立足新发展阶段,从理论和实践两个方面出发,在审视乡村振兴战略取得成就的基础上指出其中的缺陷和挑战,结合实际进行农业农村现代化的路径选择探究具有重要意义。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put for⁃ward the strategy of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,which is a major decision and deploy⁃ment made by the Party Central Committee to achieve the grand goal of comprehensively building a modern socialist country.It is also an important guideline for the work of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,and has important practical and historical significance.The most arduous and demanding task of comprehensively building a socialist modernized country lies in rural areas.At present,there are many difficulties in rural de⁃velopment.Based on the new stage of development,starting from both theoretical and practical aspects,this paper examines the achievements of the rural revitalization strategy,points out its shortcomings and challeng⁃es,and explores the path selection of agricultural and rural modernization in combination with reality,which is of great significance.
