新型城镇化背景下农民工的社会融入问题研究

On Problems and Countermeasures of Social Integration of Migrant-workers under the Background of New Urbanization

随着新型城镇化战略的推进,当代农民工群体为追求福利最大化,渴望流动并融入到大城市生活,但其市民化进程并不容易。本文利用全国流动人口动态监测微观调查数据以及地级市宏观统计数据进行分析,研究发现:农民工流动到规模越大的城市中,其社会融入度也越低。客观经济层面上农民工与本地居民在大城市中收入差距拉大可以解释上述结论,但本文也发现农民工在大城市的消费支出增多会促进其社会融入度的提高。

With the advancement of the new urbanization strategy,contemporary migrant-workers are ea⁃ger to migrate and integrate into big city in pursuit of maximizing welfare,but their urbanization process is not easy.This paper uses micro-survey and macro-statistical data to do analysis and finds the larger the scale of cities where migrant-workers move,the lower their social integration.On an objective economic lev⁃el,the widening income gap between migrant-workers and local-residents in big cities can well explain the above conclusion.However,this paper also finds the increase in consumption expenses of migrant-workers in big cities will promote their social integration.
