数字化平台如何助推职业教育人才培养——来自德国的经验与启示

How Does Digital Platform Boost Vocational Education Talent Cultivation——Experiences and Insights from Germany

摘要 从德国职业教育数字化平台建设的多重动因入手,结合具体的国家平台案例分析其在助推人才培养方面的做法与特色,包括学生主体的目标定位、打破界限的业务内容和政府监督的组织保障。进而结合我国职业教育人才培养的实际情况,提出应构建数字化职业教育学习新范式,开发多样性职业教育教学新内容和打造国家级职业教育管理新路径,培养敬业乐群,知技并重的人才,保持在全球竞争中的有利地位。 Starting from the multiple motives for the construction of Germany's digital platform for vocational education,we analyze its practices and characteristics in promoting talent cultivation with specific cases of national platforms,including the target orientation of the students'main body,the business content that breaks down boundaries,and the organizational guarantee of government supervision.Then,taking into account the current situation of vocational education talent cultivation in China,it is proposed that a new paradigm of digital vocational education learning should be constructed,new contents of diversified vocational education teaching should be developed and new paths of national vocational education management should be built,so as to cultivate talents who are dedicated to their work and enjoy themselves,and who attach importance to their knowledge and skills,and to maintain a favorable position in the global competition.
