高等职业院校科教融汇协同育人的历史考察、现状调查与推进策略 被引量:5

摘要 高等职业院校科教融汇协同育人是实现高等职业教育高质量发展的必由之路。科教融汇协同育人的内涵要旨是发挥学校、企业和科研机构等多元主体协同效应,实现专业人才培养和科技创新服务的深度融合、一体推进、相互促进、协同发展,全面提升高等职业院校创新型、复合型、发展型高素质技术技能人才的自主培养能力。调查显示当前高等职业院校科教融汇协同育人的评价体系、投入保障、环境条件、体系结构、机制举措等比较薄弱,要着力健全完善高等职业院校科教融汇协同育人的政策举措、长效机制和关键路径。 Collaborative education through the integration of science and education in higher vocational colleges and universities is a necessary way to achieve the high-quality development of higher vocational education.The connotation of science and edu-cation integration and collaborative education is to give full play to the synergistic effect of multiple subjects such as schools,enterprises and scientific research institutions,realize the in-depth integration of professional personnel training and scientific and technological innovation services,facilitate each other and develop collaboratively,so as to comprehensively enhance the independent cultivation ability of innovative,complex and developmental high-quality technical and skilled talents in higher vo-cational colleges and universities.The survey shows that the evaluation system,investment guarantee,environmental condi-tions,system structure,mechanism and initiatives of higher vocational colleges and universities are relatively weak.Therefore,efforts should be made to improve the policy measures,long-term mechanisms,and key paths for the science-technology-educa-tion integration collaborative education in higher vocational colleges.
