“榜样精神”团体辅导提升高职生心理弹性的实证研究

摘要 采用实证研究考察“榜样精神”团体辅导对高职生心理弹性的提升效果。选取30名高职生分为实验组和对照组,对实验组实施10次“榜样精神”团体辅导,对控制组不进行任何干预。在团体辅导的前期、中期、后期,采用心理弹性量表对两组学生进行测量。结果显示:团体辅导能显著提升高职生的心理弹性。这一结果说明,融入榜样精神教育内涵的团体辅导能够切实提升高职生的心理弹性,帮助高职生养成积极心理品质,可为高职生的心理健康教育和思想政治教育提供参考与借鉴。 This empirical study investigates the effectiveness of"role model spirit"group counseling in improving psychological resilience of vocational college students.30 vocational college students were selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group received 10 sessions of"role model spirit"group counseling,while the control group received no intervention.Psychological resilience scale was used to measure the psychological resilience of the two groups of students before,during and after group counseling.The results show that group counseling can significantly improve the psy-chological resilience of vocational college students.This outcome suggests that group counseling incorporating the connotation of model spirit education can effectively improve the psychological resilience of vocational college students,helping them develop positive mental characters.This study can provide insights and references for the psychological health education and ideological and political education of vocational college students.
