差异化混合教学模式对学生学习投入的影响

摘要 差异化混合教学模式应以提高学生学习投入为目标,基于了解个体间差异、尊重自主性选择、关注动态式发展、提供支持性环境四项原则,从教学目标、教学内容、教学过程和教学评价四个要素进行设计与构建。为验证差异化混合教学模式的教学质量,在105名学生内开展了为期一学年的实证研究。研究得知,差异化混合教学模式下:1.学生的学习投入程度得到了显著提升;2.高投入组人数明显上升;3.奉献维度的单项平均值最高;4.学生认为学习很有价值和意义。 The goal of the dfferential blended teaching mode is to improve student engagement.The implementation path of the differential blended teaching mode should be guided by the four principles of understanding individual differences,respecting autonomous choices,paying attention to the dynamic development,and providing a supportive environment.It should be con-structed according to the design framework which covers the four elements of teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching process,and teaching evaluation.In order to verify the teaching quality of the differential blended teaching mode,an empirical study was conducted over the course of an academic year.The data was collected from a sample of 105 students.The results show that under the diferential blended learning mode:1.The degree of student engagement has improved significantly;2.The number of students in the high engagement group hasrisen notably;3.The dimension of dedication exhibits the highest average value;4.Students perceive the learning as highly valuable and meaningful.
