摘要
利用水热法合成了MoS2/Ti3C2Tx异质复合材料,采用SEM、XRD、XPS和电化学工作站对所制样品的形貌、结构、成分和电化学性能进行了表征。结果表明,当Ti3C2Tx引入量为30 mg时,所制MoS2/Ti3C2Tx异质复合电极具有最优的电化学性能和较好的循环稳定性,在1 A/g电流密度下的比电容达到262.54 F/g,且经10 000次循环后仍保持82.1%的初始比电容。
MoS 2/Ti 3C 2T x heterogeneous composite materials were prepared by hydrothermal method,and the morphology,structure,composition and electrochemical performance of the as-prepared samples were characterized by SEM,XRD,XPS and electrochemical workstation.The results show that when the content of Ti 3C 2T x is 30 mg,the as-prepared MoS 2/Ti 3C 2T x heterogeneous composite electrode has the optimum electrochemical performance and excellent cycle stability,exhibits a specific capacity of 262.54 F/g at the current density of 1 A/g,and moreover,maintains 82.1%of the initial capacity after 10000 cycles.
