摘要
骨钙素(OCN)是一种由成骨细胞分泌的多肽类激素,有羧化和未完全羧化两种结构。现已证明OCN是通过其体内代谢活性形式羧化不全骨钙素(uOCN)在体内多个系统发挥内分泌功能,例如它对葡萄糖和能量代谢、雄性动物生殖能力和大脑生长发育等均具有调控作用。研究表明uOCN可以通过胰岛素、维生素D介导途径和下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴促进动物睾丸间质细胞生成并分泌睾酮,从而提升雄性动物的生殖能力。因此,对uOCN与雄性动物生殖关系进行综述可为更进一步研究提供参考,不仅有助于研究如何提升雄性动物生殖能力,还可以避免滥用药物对动物自身造成的伤害。本文主要围绕OCN的产生、OCN的结构和OCN有利于睾丸间质细胞产生睾酮的功能及其相关机制进行综述,旨在为人类与动物的生殖健康提供参考。
Osteocalcin(OCN)is a kind of polypeptide hormone secreted by osteoblasts,with carboxylated and incomplete carboxylated structures.OCN has been proved to exert a variety of endocrine functions through its metabolically-active form—hypocarboxylated OCN(uOCN),such as in glucose and energy metabolism,reproductive ability of male animals and their brain growth and development.Studies have shown that OCN can promote the production and secretion of testosterone in testicular interstitial cells of male animals through insulin,the vitamin D-mediated pathway and hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis,thus improving the reproductive ability of the animals.Therefore,it is particularly important to further study the relationship between OCN and male animal reproduction,which may not only help improve the reproductive ability of male animals,but also avoid the harm to the animals caused by drug abuse.This article reviews related studies,focusing on the production of OCN,the structure of OCN,the function of OCN conducive to the production of testosterone in testicular interstitial cells and related mechanisms,aiming to offer reference for research on and practice in human and animal reproductive health.
