计及水电站协同的风光机组容量规划方法研究

摘要 以流域丰富的水风光资源为基础,依托存量水电站调节能力建设一定规模的风电和光伏机组,对于流域可再生能源的集约高效开发具有重要意义。鉴于此,首先对水风光一体化系统的不确定性进行分析和建模;其次,以经济性最优为目标函数,考虑机组运行、消纳率和偏差率等约束条件构建了计及水电站协同的风光机组容量规划模型;最后,依托某水电站实际数据进行了仿真验证。结果表明,采用所提出的规划方法计算得到的风光机组能够与存量水电站形成良好互补,实现一体化消纳,提升流域可再生能源开发的综合效益。 Based on the abundant hydro,wind and solar resources in the basin,the construction of a certain scale of wind power and photovoltaic generations is of great significance for intensive and efficient development of renewable energy.In view of this,this paper first analyzes the uncertainty of hydro-wind-PV system and second,establishes capacity planning model of wind power and photovoltaic generations cooperating with hydroplants by taking economical optimality as objective function and considering constraints such as unit operation,consumption rate,and deviation rate.It finally presents a case simulation based on the actual data of a practical hydropower station.It can be concluded that the capacity of wind and PV generations calculated by the proposed method can achieve a good complement with hydroplants,and enhance the comprehensive benefits of renewable energy in the basin.
