大规模储能辅助电网二次调频研究

摘要 “碳达峰、碳中和”目标下,电力系统中可再生能源发电装机容量不断攀升。为应对大规模可再生能源并网导致的频率稳定问题,可引入储能辅助电网调频,利用其响应迅速和控制精度高等优势改善电网调频效果。综述储能辅助电网二次调频的研究现状,包括必要性和可行性分析、储能辅助电网通用模型建立、控制策略及容量优化配置,并指出其不足。最后指出未来需重点研究的内容并对其应用前景进行展望。 Under the goals of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",the installed capacity of renewable energy generation in power system sustains a sharp rise.In order to cope with frequency stability problem caused by large-scale renewable energy integration,energy storage can be introduced to assist grid frequency regulation,which can achieve full potential of rapid response and high control accuracy of energy storage devices in improving frequency regulation utility.In this paper,the research status of energy storage-assisted secondary frequency regulation of power grid is reviewed,including necessity and feasibility analysis,establishment of general model of energy storage-integrated power grid,control strategy,and optimal allocation of capacity.The paper also points out shortcomings in current research and gives prospective outlook on key points of future research and application potential of this field.
