继电保护装置工频磁场影响的优化

摘要 为了消除工频磁场干扰造成继电保护装置的误动,根据工频磁场干扰以及继电保护装置的特点,提出能够有效降低工频磁场影响的互感器合理布局和印制板走线优化。AC插件互感器合理的布局布线能够降低工频磁场干扰的叠加;AC插件印制板按照差分走线,能够有效减小工频磁场对继电保护装置模拟量采集的影响。经测试验证,所提方法能够有效降低工频磁场干扰对继电保护装置的影响,防止工频磁场干扰下继电保护装置误动。 Aiming at eliminating protection malfunction caused by power frequency magnetic field interference,on the basis of characteristics of power frequency magnetic field interference and relay protection devices,this paper proposes a reasonable layout of transformers and optimization of printed circuit board wiring which can effectively reduce the impact of power frequency magnetic field.The reasonable layout and wiring of AC plug-in transformers can reduce the superposition of power frequency magnetic field interference.The AC plug-in printed board follows differential wiring,which can effectively reduce the impact of power frequency magnetic field on the analog data acquisition of relay protection devices.Testing and verification demonstrated that the proposed method can effectively reduce the impact of power frequency magnetic field interference on relay protection devices,and prevent malfunction of relay protection devices under power frequency magnetic field interference.
