摘要
首先介绍了变电站的作用和重要性,以及变电站规划与设计优化的研究背景和意义,然后针对变电站选址、容量规划和布局优化等方面提出了具体的研究内容和方法,包括多目标规划、粒子群算法、GIS等技术的应用,最后结合实际案例对不同研究方法的效果进行评价和比较,以期为电力系统建设中的变电站规划与设计提供参考和借鉴。研究结果表明,综合考虑多个因素的多目标规划和基于GIS的规划方法可以更好地优化变电站的选址和布局,粒子群算法和其他优化算法可有效提高变电站的容量利用率和经济性。
This article mainly focuses on optimization of substation planning and design in power system construction.First role and importance of substations as well as research background and significance of substation planning and design optimization are outlined.Then specific issues and planning methods are proposed for substation location selection,capacity planning,and layout optimization,including the application of multi-objective programming,particle swarm optimization,GIS and other technologies.Finally the utilities of different planning methods based on actual cases are evaluated and compared,in order to provide reference for substation planning and design in power system construction.The results indicate that multi-objective planning and GIS based planning methods can better optimize location and layout of substations,while particle swarm optimization and other optimization algorithms can effectively improve capacity utilization and economy of substations.
