小型水电站增效扩容改造

摘要 大多数小水电站建于20世纪70年代,运行时间长,且受当时制造、工艺、设计水平的限制,设备相对落后,效率偏低,无生态流量泄放设施,影响了小水电站的健康发展。基于此,以贵州省罗甸县石门坎水电站为例,分析老旧小型水电站所存在的问题,并提出增效扩容改造方法。 Most small hydroplants were built in the 1970s and have experienced long time of service.Due to the limitations of manufacturing,process,and design levels at that time,equipment of small hydroplants has become relatively obsolete,thereby encumbered withlow efficiency and lack of ecological flow discharge facilities.This paper,taking Shimenkan Hydroplant in Luodian County,Guizhou Province as an example,analyzes the problems encountered by old and small hydroplants and proposes retrofit schemes for increasing efficiency and capacity.
