摘要
主要介绍了脉宽调制(PWM)功率放大器的工作原理和对其进行可靠性研究的方法。对PWM功率放大器施加环境应力和电应力,并在不同工作环境下对其进行直流参数的测试,测得PWM功率放大器在不同条件下的输出电流、零输出电压和静态电流等直流参数,得出了PWM功率放大器在各自工作条件下直流参数的变化规律。考核环境应力和电应力等对PWM功率放大器可靠性的影响,对预测其使用寿命内的可靠性有重要的参考意义。
The working principle of pulse width modulation(PWM)power amplifier and the method of its reliability research are mainly introduced.Environmental stress and electrical stress are applied to the PWM power amplifier,and the DC parameters are tested under different working environments,and the DC parameters such as output current,zero output voltage,and quiescent current of the PWM power amplifier under different conditions are obtained.As a result,the variation law of DC parameters of PWM power amplifiers under their respective working conditions is obtained.And assessing the influence of environmental stress and electrical stress on the reliability of PWM power amplifier is of important reference significance for predicting the reliability within its service life.
